In the golden autumn season, greenery is lush and vibrant. 11 Month 1 On that day, a tree-planting event with a clear theme was enthusiastically held at the Huamei plant site. Middle- and senior-level managers from the company gathered at the site and, by personally planting golden osmanthus trees, sowed green hope for the soon-to-be-completed and operational Huamei plant, ensuring that ecological principles resonate in harmony with the development blueprint. 
This tree-planting activity is a vivid demonstration of the company’s commitment to the concept of green development. To advance greening efforts at the Huamei plant and create an eco-friendly, livable working environment, the company has carefully planned and organized this event. The goal is to inspire all employees to develop environmental awareness by setting an example through the leading cadres, ensuring that “green” becomes a distinctive hallmark of the plant’s high-quality development. 
The event venue was bustling with lively energy. Everyone quickly divided tasks and worked together seamlessly: Some people carefully cleared debris from the tree pits and gently straightened the saplings, while others carried the saplings and vigorously shoveled earth to fill in the holes. The leading cadres, heedless of dirt clinging to their clothes, bent over under the warm autumn sun, diligently working away. As they filled in the soil, they repeatedly stamped it down with their feet, ensuring that the tree seedlings’ root systems were firmly and closely nestled against the earth. During brief breaks, they took time to exchange tips on tree-planting techniques, reminding each other of important points such as “the roots must be spread out” and “don’t bury the soil too deeply.” Before long, rows of golden osmanthus trees stood neatly and proudly in the flowerbeds. A gentle breeze rustled through their branches and leaves, as if whispering of hopes for the future.

When they encountered clumpy soil that was hard to dig, everyone took turns in a relay effort; and when they saw the saplings planted neatly and straight, everyone eagerly snapped photos and gave them enthusiastic thumbs-up. In summer, they’ll provide welcome shade and cool relief, bringing employees a refreshing respite; in autumn, their fragrant blossoms will fill the pathways, infusing the plant area with romance and warmth. Eventually, they’ll create a vibrant, verdant landscape, transforming the plant area into an ecological space where “opening the window reveals greenery and every step is accompanied by fragrance.”
More profoundly, this initiative underscores the company’s unwavering commitment to “ecological priority and green development.” It not only sets a shining example for all employees but also fosters in them a stronger sense of belonging and anticipation for the Huamei plant.
