On December 16, Lu Guofan, Vice Governor of Henan Province, and his delegation visited Henan Zhongjie Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. to conduct a special research study and provide on-site guidance on drug safety production and industrial development. Chairman Ma Keguang and other colleagues from the company accompanied the delegation and reported on relevant matters. 
As one of the first pharmaceutical enterprises in Henan Province to obtain national GMP certification, Zhongjie Pharmaceutical has grown into a modern pharmaceutical company integrating research and development, production, and sales. The company has established 13 state-of-the-art production lines that meet GMP standards, creating a distinctive product portfolio that combines traditional Chinese medicine with Western medicine, with a focus on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular products, anti-tumor drugs, and anti-rheumatic medications. Its product line covers eight dosage forms and ten therapeutic categories, holding 64 drug approval numbers, 58 patents for independent intellectual property rights, and 32 registered trademarks. With a diversified production capacity—including an annual output of 7 billion tablets, 1.5 billion capsules, and 500 million sachets—Zhongjie Pharmaceutical has laid a solid foundation for ensuring public access to essential medicines and promoting the healthy development of the pharmaceutical industry. 
During the research, Vice Governor Lü Guofan first visited the company’s intelligent operations and dispatch center in depth and listened carefully to a briefing on the real-time monitoring system for production data and logistics information. This intelligent operations hub, which received an investment of 100 million yuan and has a total construction area of 9,600 square meters, deeply integrates core technology platforms such as SCADA, WMS, and AGV. It enables real-time monitoring, intelligent analysis, and precise control of production equipment and public facilities, driving a digital and intensive transformation across the entire production and warehousing process. As a result, the company’s production capacity and operational efficiency have increased by 1.5 times, fully demonstrating the remarkable achievements of Zhongjie Pharmaceutical’s digital transformation.
Subsequently, Vice Governor Lü Guofan visited the production floor to conduct an on-site inspection of the pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and the comprehensive quality-control system throughout the entire production chain. He praised Zhongjie Pharmaceutical’s steadfast commitment to upholding the bottom line of quality and safety. He highly commended Zhongjie Pharmaceutical’s remarkable achievements in intelligent transformation, emphasizing that drug safety is a red line that directly concerns people’s lives and health. Enterprises must earnestly fulfill their principal responsibilities and continuously strengthen quality control across the entire production process.
