Enhancing Professional Competence and Solidifying the Quality Foundation—Employees of Henan Zhongjie Pharmaceutical Participate in a Specialized Training on Quality Control Across the Entire Pharmaceutical Production Chain

Drug quality is the lifeline of enterprise development, and compliance management is the cornerstone of the pharmaceutical industry. To enhance Henan Zhongjie Pharmaceutical’s professional expertise and compliance management capabilities in pharmaceutical manufacturing and to solidify its quality foundation, from October 17 to 18, 2025, the company sent five employees—Zhang Ronghao, Zhang Lili, Zhang Mengyu, Yang Lan, and Zhang Yumeng—to participate in the special seminar on “Quality Control and Statistical Analysis Techniques for the Entire Pharmaceutical Production Chain and Enhancing Internal Application Capabilities,” organized by the China Food and Drug Information Network, thereby injecting new momentum into the upgrade of the company’s production management system. 
This training is closely aligned with industry needs and compliance requirements, offering content that combines both professionalism and practicality. In terms of quality control in the production process, the training focuses on explaining the principles and case studies of statistical tools such as run charts and control charts, and provides an in-depth analysis of sampling types and acceptance criteria for inspection and sampling. This helps employees develop a data-driven mindset for quality control, reducing quality risks at the source and further enhancing the company’s production quality management system.
Meanwhile, the training strengthens the management of compliance for equipment and facilities. Experts focus on methodologies for confirming the entire lifecycle of production equipment, using templates to analyze user requirement standards and conduct risk assessments throughout the entire process, thereby providing guidance for the company to establish a standardized equipment management system. Specifically for critical facilities such as air conditioning purification systems and pharmaceutical water systems, the training clarifies the content and periodic requirements for confirmation, ensuring that the production environment complies with GMP regulations and promoting an overall improvement in hardware compliance levels. 
Addressing the industry-wide challenge of resuming production after shutdowns, the training program integrates provincial regulatory requirements, analyzes key compliance points and risk areas, provides guidance on conducting risk assessments for resuming production, and offers practical strategies for the production of long-term discontinued product lines and newly approved products. This provides professional support to companies as they navigate production adjustments.
