Liu Decan, the fleet captain, is a particularly representative figure among them. As the fleet captain, Liu Dechan always puts “safety” first. Every morning, he arrives at work ahead of time to inspect the vehicles’ performance—leaving no detail overlooked, from tire pressure to the braking system—ensuring that each vehicle is in peak condition for operation. Even late at night, on his way back after a long shift, he remains highly vigilant, driving smoothly and carefully to safely escort the last employee home. His unwavering commitment, rain or shine, has not only earned the trust of his colleagues but has also made the fleet the company’s “safety shield” for all corporate travel. 
In addition to managing the fleet effectively, Liu Dechan also proactively took on more responsibilities. As the company’s general office underwent a detailed reorganization, he bravely assumed administrative tasks such as waste management and cleaning crew supervision, smoothly switching between multiple roles. Right from the start of his new assignments, he addressed the issue of clutter in the waste storage area by completely reorganizing the space layout, carefully sorting cardboard boxes, paper tubes, and production waste into distinct categories. This not only improved the overall cleanliness of the warehouse but also significantly saved time in subsequent waste disposal processes. 
In waste management, Liu Dechan has leveraged innovative thinking to create additional value for the company. In the past, the company’s waste materials—such as medicinal herb woven bags—often had to be disposed of free of charge or even at the company’s own expense due to the lack of suitable channels for their recovery. Taking this issue to heart, he conducted extensive online research and made on-site visits to gather information on numerous recyclers, carefully comparing their offers. Eventually, he struck a deal with one particular recycler: medicinal herb woven bags would be recycled at 0.3 yuan per jin, while white plastic bags would fetch 0.5 yuan per jin. When the first payment—over 300 yuan—from the sale of these waste materials was finally deposited into the company’s account, though the amount seemed small, it marked a significant shift in how the company handled its waste—from being merely a “cost item” to becoming a “revenue-generating item.” This achievement vividly demonstrated his dedication to helping the company reduce costs and improve efficiency. 
Liu Dechan’s story may not involve any earth-shattering heroic deeds, yet through his day-after-day dedication and continuous innovation, he has embodied the spirit of professionalism, responsibility, and selfless devotion. His actions have set an exemplary standard for all employees: “No task is too small; innovation can be found everywhere.”
