The spring breeze brings forth fresh greenery, making now the perfect time to plant trees. As the 2025 Tree-Planting Festival approaches, our company, guided by the philosophy of “Green Pharmaceutical Practices, Rooted in the Future,” has specially organized a Green Rooting Activity for all administrative staff—aiming to strengthen employee cohesion and promote our green corporate culture.
In the weeks leading up to Tree-Planting Day, the company’s union promptly and vigorously kicked off preparatory work. The first priority was to determine the event’s theme. After a lively round of discussion, we finally settled on the theme “Green Action, Shared Responsibility,” which conveys the idea that the company and its employees will join forces to add more greenery to our shared home and together move toward a sustainable future.
As the group photo was taken under the national flag, the Tree-Planting Day event officially kicked off. All administrative staff were divided into groups according to their respective systems, each led by the head of their system. Based on the factory layout, they assigned responsibility zones and proceeded to clean up litter, remove weeds, and trim plants in designated green belts and flowerbeds. The atmosphere at the event was filled with enthusiasm and high energy. Working in groups of three or five—some weeding, others sweeping, and still others shoveling trash—the participants kept everything neatly organized and well-coordinated. Everyone worked together seamlessly, dividing tasks and supporting one another, bustling with activity in their assigned areas.
As the sun gradually began to set in the west, the tree-planting activity drew to a close. Rows of neatly arranged green plants swayed gently in the breeze, as if proudly showcasing their tenacious vitality to everyone. The well-maintained green belts and pristine flowerbeds are the fruits of our hard work and sweat—a heartfelt welcome to spring. At the end, each group took a commemorative photo together. In front of the photographer’s lens, everyone struck various neat and energetic poses, their faces lighting up with radiant smiles, collectively capturing this unforgettable moment. Although this Tree-Planting Day event was brief, it has planted a seed of green in the hearts of our employees, injecting fresh vitality into the company’s sustainable development. Let us walk forward together alongside this vibrant and hopeful greenery, enjoying the splendor of blooming wildflowers and the fullness of spring throughout the garden.
