On October 13, Zhang Shanbo, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the County People’s Congress and Chairman of the County Federation of Trade Unions, led a research team—accompanied by relevant officials from the Zhai Po Town Government—to visit Zhongjie Pharmaceutical. The team focused on the pain points in the company’s intelligent development, precisely diagnosed the path to high-quality growth, and provided policy support to boost the company’s confidence in moving forward.

Smart Production System Demonstration Session, Yao Yucail Deputy General Manager The focus is on the Intelligent Operations and Scheduling Center and the elevated warehouse. This integrated production and storage center took two and a half years to build, with a total investment of 110 million yuan and a floor area of nearly 10,000 square meters. Relying on a real-time operating system, it enables production monitoring, energy consumption management, video inspections, and multi-dimensional scheduling. Built on the foundation of intelligent technology, Zhongjie Pharmaceutical has achieved dynamic production monitoring and process optimization, ensuring safe production and energy savings while reducing consumption. This marks a new milestone in its digitalization level and has been recognized by the research team.
