The company’s Quality Month campaign is now halfway through. During this two-month quality-improvement initiative, all employees have united and worked together with one heart. Each department has creatively put the quality theme into practice, ensuring that the “Quality First” philosophy is integrated into every aspect of production and operations. Taking these enriching activities as a key driver, we are promoting the deep-rooted adoption of quality awareness and achieving tangible results.

The quality system proactively assumes its leading role, taking “learning-driven empowerment” as its core principle and meticulously organizing multiple quality management exchange and sharing sessions. These sessions focus on cutting-edge quality management concepts and advanced industry practices, and also invite key personnel from various positions to share their hands-on experiences. Through in-depth discussions, these sessions break down information silos across departments, not only enhancing cross-departmental collaboration efficiency but also enabling employees to update their knowledge base through mutual learning and peer-to-peer exchanges, thereby laying a solid foundation for elevating the company’s overall quality management level.

The production system uses “skill competitions” as a platform for employees to showcase and refine their skills. The competitions are evaluated comprehensively across several dimensions, including daily operational standards, skill proficiency, production efficiency, and suggestions for process optimization. Each month, a “Quality Star” is selected and included in the year-end performance appraisal. This mechanism not only significantly enhances employees’ skill levels but also strengthens quality control, fostering a vibrant atmosphere within the workshop characterized by “striving for precision, learning advanced techniques, meeting standards, and surpassing industry leaders,” thereby providing a solid guarantee for consistent product quality.

The administrative system has delivered an impressive performance, closely focusing on the theme of "reducing costs and enhancing efficiency." The General Affairs Department has optimized waste recycling channels, adopting new pricing—0.3 yuan per jin for medicinal herb woven bags and 0.5 yuan per jin for white plastic bags—that previously required paid disposal. By transforming these items from "cost items" into "revenue generators," the department has created sustained benefits for the company. Meanwhile, the Shangdu Workstation has stepped up its efforts in self-media promotion, leveraging multiple platforms such as Douyin and Xiaohongshu to boost brand awareness. In just two months, the station has accumulated over 250,000 additional views, achieving a leapfrog growth in brand visibility. The Finance Department has tightened its scrutiny of expense approvals, strengthened coordination with various departments, and implemented precise cost control measures, with tangible results gradually emerging.

The supply, storage, and marketing systems are also stepping up their efforts in tandem. The supply and storage system has taken a three-pronged approach—improving packaging material quality, optimizing carton structures, and standardizing logistics and shipping procedures—and is working closely with logistics partners to refine management practices. Since September, the rate of cargo damage has significantly declined, and this strategy will continue to be deepened going forward, helping to reduce costs and enhance product quality. Meanwhile, the marketing system has launched specialized training programs for all staff members, enhancing team expertise through online lectures, face-to-face instruction, and hands-on learning sessions conducted in collaboration with business partners. Additionally, two “street-cleaning” product distribution campaigns have been carried out, laying a solid foundation for expanding into the terminal markets of Luoyang and Xinxiang.
