[Ingredients]
Each tablet contains the active ingredient cimetidine 0.2 g. Excipients include: corn starch, pregelatinized starch, microcrystalline cellulose, brilliant blue, polysorbate-80, ethanol, magnesium stearate, talc, sodium carboxymethyl starch, and silicon dioxide.

[Dosage and Administration]
Oral administration. Adults: 1 tablet per dose, twice daily, not exceeding 4 times within 24 hours.
[Untoward effect]
1. Long-term medication or dose escalation may lead to: male breast swelling, galactorrhea, decreased libido, diarrhea, dizziness or headache, myalgia or myoclonus, rash, alopecia, etc.

[Drug Interaction]
1. When used concomitantly with antacids such as aluminum hydroxide or magnesium oxide, the absorption of this product may be reduced; therefore, concomitant use is generally not recommended.
2. Concomitant use of this product with nitrazepam (Nitro安定), diazepam (安定), theophylline, propranolol (Propranolol), phenytoin sodium, aspirin, etc., may increase the plasma concentrations of these drugs, enhance their effects, and lead to adverse reactions or even toxic reactions. Therefore, this product should not be used concomitantly with these medications.
3. Concurrent use of this product with aminoglycoside antibiotics such as gentamicin may lead to respiratory depression or respiratory arrest.
4. Drug interactions may occur when used concomitantly with other medications. For details, please consult your physician or pharmacist.

This product significantly inhibits the basal gastric acid secretion during the day and night, and also suppresses gastric acid secretion induced by food, histamine, pentagastrin, caffeine, and insulin.
